We’re inviting 15 local writers to share their work in a fast-paced, uplifting evening - each with 3 thrilling minutes to captivate the crowd (it’s longer than you think!).

But this is about more than your moment on stage. It’s about being part of Folkestone’s thriving creative community - connecting with readers, fellow authors, and the vibrant energy that makes this festival so special.

• Submit your entry by midday on Wednesday 1 October.
• Authors will be selected by ballot, and successful applicants will be notified on Friday 3 October.

After your showcase, stay to sign books, chat with readers and soak up the buzz.
